Declares for NBA Draft Bailey has declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, according to Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com.
Impact Bailey entered the NCAA's 2024-25 season as one of its best prospects, and he delivered on his potential for Rutgers. The freshman's 30 starts include 17.6 points and 7.2 rebounds (5.1 defensive) per game. Considering his Rutgers season, Bailey's most notable flaw is free-throw percentage, 69.2 percent, relatively low for a guard like him. Fortunately for him, as one of the 2025 NBA Draft's youngest prospects, he has more time than anyone to grow. Bailey is projected to be a top-three selection, falling just behind Cooper Flagg and Dylan Harper.

Impact Consistency has been a bit of an issue for Bailey down the stretch, as he was limited to eight or less points twice in Rutgers recent three-game losing streak.
